No. Egret gives you a static public IPv4, not anonymity. Your traffic exits from a consistent IP that is yours alone, but Egret is not designed for hiding your identity.
Standard VPN services use shared IPs and block inbound connections. Egret gives you a dedicated IPv4 with inbound ports open. It is built for reachability, not privacy.
Yes. All traffic routed through the tunnel exits from your dedicated IP, regardless of where you connect from.
Yes. All inbound ports on your IPv4 are open. You can run a web server (80/443), game server, SSH (22), Minecraft, Plex, or anything else that needs inbound connections.
