Static IPv4 over WireGuard

Egret assigns you a dedicated public IPv4 and runs a WireGuard peer on its node. When you connect, inbound traffic to your IP is forwarded through the tunnel to your device, and outbound traffic exits from that same IP.

Structurally yes — it uses WireGuard. But the purpose is different. Egret is not a privacy or anonymity tool. It gives you a fixed public IP with open inbound ports, not a shared IP that may be blocked or flagged by services you use.

No. Egret generates the config for you. Download it, import it into any WireGuard client, and connect. There is nothing else to set up.

All ports on your new dedicated IP addresses can be open or closed, the choice is yours. You can instantly make changes via our website.
